Confidential Leadership Search
Some searches cannot be announced — to the market, to the organisation, or in some cases to the incumbent.
All services
We run confidential mandates under a controlled information protocol: a named partner and researcher, no published brief, staged disclosure to candidates, and a documented record of who knows what and when.
Candidates are told enough to make an informed decision without exposing the client, and the client is protected from market speculation until the appointment is ready to be announced.
What the engagement covers
- Incumbent replacement
- Succession situations
- Sensitive restructurings
- Competitor approaches
- Investor-sensitive appointments
- Leadership transitions
- Unannounced market or geographic expansion
- Board-directed searches
Methodology
Every mandate follows our twelve-stage process, from mandate definition to a formal review six months after appointment.
