Your information stays with the mandate
Your details are shared only with the client for the specific mandate you have agreed to be considered for, and only after you have consented to that introduction.
Confidential conversations
An exploratory career conversation is not an application. If you ask us to keep the conversation off the record, no record is created that identifies you to any client.
What we hold
Career history, assessment notes recorded against the agreed leadership profile, reference notes where you have authorised referencing, and compensation information you provide.
Referencing and due diligence
References and background checks are taken only with your written authorisation and only at the final stage of a process.
Remaining on our network
You may ask to remain known to us for future appointments, or ask us to delete your record entirely at any time. Both requests are actioned without affecting any live process.
