Our standing commitment to clients on discretion and information control.
Controlled information protocol
Every mandate is assigned a named partner and researcher. Access to the brief, the longlist and candidate documentation is restricted to that team and to the client contacts you nominate.
Unpublished mandates
Confidential mandates are never advertised, never listed on this website, and never described to the market in a way that could identify the organisation.
Staged disclosure
Candidates are given enough context to make an informed decision at each stage. The client is identified only when both sides have agreed to proceed and, where required, a confidentiality undertaking is in place.
Off-limits commitments
Off-limits arrangements are agreed in writing at mandate definition and are honoured for the agreed period.
Data protection
Client and candidate information is held in access-controlled systems, transferred only through secure channels, and retained only for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
